Matthias Rieger
Matthias holds an MSc in Bioinformatics and brings deep machine-learning expertise. He formerly led AI and Innovation at Bizerba, delivering enterprise projects across markets. At Socaity he leads company direction, product strategy and system architecture. Founder and majority shareholder.

Carlos Reyes
Carlos is completing a PhD in intelligent agents and distributed AI systems. He leads backend infrastructure, orchestration and SPAINE core development. His research directly informs the platform architecture.

Luis leads commercial strategy, growth and market positioning. His experience spans AI-driven marketing automation and demand generation. He connects technical platform capabilities with the needs of the market.
